Multi-Purpose administers various Home Programs including Weatherization (Single-Family and Multi-Family), Weatherization Ready, and Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Each of these Programs consist of making homes more energy efficient, safer, and/ or more comfortable for the residents.
Our Agency is seeking contractors that are licensed and/ or experienced in the following trades: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Insulation & Air Sealing, Roof Repair, and Home Repair.

Contractors interested must complete the Weatherization Contractor Application (WX10) a Non-Financial Agreement (WX12) and a Subcontract and return to MPCAA.
